Appointment started 15 mins late despite there being only one other customer in the salon. Overall vibe in the store was very tense.
Gel manicure itself is decent but I won't be a returning customer. My nail tech was nice and there was lots of colour options. However, the overall experience in the salon was very underwhelming. My nails look alright but I have cuts around my fingers and think they'll need redoing within a week. The overall experience did not live up to other reviews online.

The worst wax ever. I was left bleeding and in tears after this wax. Despite asking just for a bikini the wax the waxer went and gave me a Brazilian and it’s not even straight either.
I had to spend the evening with an ice pack on the area and still there is pain and bruising.
I regularly go for waxes and have never experienced anything like this before.
