I have naturally wavy/curly hair that I rarely straighten but booked in for a cut and blow dry. The cut was fine but I wasn’t asked what kind of blow dry I wanted and before I could realise, my hair was dried super straight and then straightened. 4 washes later and my curls still haven’t come back at all :(
