Was 5 minutes early but ended up waiting 25 minutes to even begin my appointment. Staff were nice and friendly. Stylist was pretty rough with my hair so wasn't the most relaxing experience but the cut and style was lovely.

Thought It'd be a hot waxing but turned out to be stripe waxing... The whole process was quick which was a good thing however I was bleeding and my skin was red after the treatment. NOT RECOMMEND!!!
