Leyla was amazing, she has such a warm disposition and makes you feel really comfortable around her presence. The wax was excellent and she pays such attention to detail. I barely felt a thing either, so I would highly recommend and definitely be back.

My appointment was at 11:30 so when I went in at 11:25 I was surprised to be told ‘you’re late, take a seat’. The women at the reception desk then realised I wasn’t late. However, although this was acknowledged at reception it seemed the hair stylist was still under the impression I was late and the whole appointment felt very rushed -I was in & out within 30 minutes when the booking on treatwell said its a 1hr service.Overall not a good experience-there’s much better salons with better service.
