He did exactly the opposite of what I wanted. I had my hair cut into a very short bob which I specifically asked him now to do. My head was tilted forward so I couldn’t see how much was being taken off and when I looked up it was too late. It’s far too short to even fix. I was so upset I was in tears. I hate everything about it. Never in my life have I had such a poor haircut.
