I had delayed appointment, was waiting around 40mins.
I never took off gel in this method, manicurist was not gentle and hurt my cuticles... also she was using same nail file on me, and previous client. I don't think it's hygienic. Probably it is partially my fault, because I should have insisted to change file I never leave bad reviews, but in this case I only want to warn other potential customers.

I went in to fix the fringe that I've been cutting myself for the last 4 months. It was a disaster but Chester was fantastic and has completely rescued my hair. He listened to what I wanted, asked me questions and then did exactly what he said he was going to do. He also took his time which made me feel relaxed.
