Elizabeth did a good job with my hair cut and colour, however I was very shocked to be charged an extra £45 for toner. I was not told in advance, when we were discussing the balayage treatment that toner would / might be required. She told me when she was putting the toner on, but didn't explain why or that it would cost me extra at the end. £45 also seems very expensive for toner. The way this was handled was very unprofessional and I won't be returning to this hair salon.

lovely people and very clean and hairdresser knew what they were doing and there was a very pleasant atmosphere and whoever in control of the music got good taste the vibe was immaculate
