Worst mani of my life. My nails were drilled “clean” - still had remnants of my last mani. The manicurist went way too fast and went over my cuticle. I was given a tea I couldn’t drink because nail dust was flying all over it. Less than a week later and two of my nails have totally broken.
Got my brows threaded too and they didn’t check in with me about what I wanted, didn’t say what they were about to do and poked me in the eye several times. They didn’t trim them well. Pay more. Go elsewhere

What a disaster, I made an official complaint and never got a reply, just like the service I got, they changed my stylist three times never giving me an explanation, finally getting a haircut that took 10 min.
Don’t fall for the so called deal for students and senior citizens £35, you get the least experienced stylist, better paying £39 and see where that gets you.
I am a senior citizen and got treated like they were doing me a favour and not a service, I am very unhappy with there service
