Chester was brilliant. Talked me through what he thought would work for my very damaged, dry hair, and why it would work, and then told me how he was going to achieve it. Really lovely, and really really pleasant to talk to, even when being super thorough to make sure I got an amazing cut - and I love it! Will definitely be back ☺️
