Banin took my regular nail varnish off with a rough nail file, destroying my nails, she then told me this is what she always does. She then used an electric buffer digging into my nail beds which got hot so I moved away, she then called me sensitive 3 times. The whole time she was pulling faces and making sarcastic, condescending comments. It was the most bizarre experience. 3 days later all my shellac started to peel off leaving me with flimsy nails. She did it on purpose. Ladies STAY AWAY!!!!
