I had delayed appointment, was waiting around 40mins. I never took off gel in this method, manicurist was not gentle and hurt my cuticles... also she was using same nail file on me, and previous client. I don't think it's hygienic. Probably it is partially my fault, because I should have insisted to change file I never leave bad reviews, but in this case I only want to warn other potential customers.
