The wax was rather more painful than usual. It was much warmer and the tingling sensation was so bad. The entire night the area was sore and burning up. Now there is scabbing around the area. Not happy at all. First time this has happened and I have been coming here every 6-8 weeks for the past 2 years.

Chester was very attentive and made sure he fully understood what I wanted. He asked if I had an inspo hairstyle and what led me to choose that cut, which I really appreciated. He took his time, gave a professional assessment, and offered thoughtful suggestions based on my face shape and hair quality, all while making sure I was comfortable and happy with the process. I always get my haircuts from Angel and always have a lovely experience. Staff are all friendly and great at their job. This time I had Katie do my haircut and she was fast, but attentive and professional at the same time. She is very experienced and you can tell in her work!! 🫶🏼
