Quite disappointed. Felt very rushed I think the person doing my hair might have been running late. The water was cold (granted I should have said) the wash was so rough and rushed not relaxed one bit.
I also said to cut not that much off my hair, to keep it long and just have long layers. I left with un even front bits on my hair and what feels like a complete re-style. I didn’t want to say anything when leaving as it just felt so rushed and not a relaxing experience.
Maybe it was an off day
