It was my first time getting waxed. Had an amazing experience with Banin who was very welcoming and professional. Made the whole thing so smooth and easy. I well recommend her and will be back every month now.

Not a blow dry. More just putting my hair into curls and then leaving it covered in hairspray in tight curls with no style and frizzy 😢. Charged £40 for the privilege too!

I had to wait 10 minutes for my hairdresser to come and get me and nobody apologised for me waiting although the receptionist was on it as knew I’d been there for a while. My hairdresser didn’t talk to me about anything which I guess I’m used to that small talk in hairdressers but I guess it was nice to not have to talk and just enjoy my hair being washed in quietness. My hairdresser asked what I was after and cut off around an inch. When I washed my hair I couldn’t see them it had been cut

Really good, the stylist knew her stuff, had photos ready for what she thought would work for me and looked after every tiny detail to make it the perfect cut for me.
