I booked the night before it was very easy and quick to book. I haven’t been to a salon in about 5+ years due to salons not being experienced in asian hair. The stylist was very professional, she kept making sure I was happy with the length and the cut. I would recommend her to everyone. Really great experience overall.

I was there a few times before and it's never perfect however this time she ripped my skin and it's been painful; now, week later I still have big red marks under my arms. Never again!! Don't risk your wellbeing using this service. How do I make complaint? I want at least my money back, also I had to buy some cream to ease the pain and I don't know for how long I'll have red marks from waxing!
