Fatima was lovely and tried to do what I wanted.
She was constantly interrupted by other staff members as if they were hurrying her up. I was given a one hour slot and after 15 mins she was being told something. Then another 10 mins later, interrupted again, another 15 mins interrupted again.
Unfortunately, when I got home and looked at my hair properly, it cut way too short and one side is longer than the other.
I wanted a reverse bob and I didn't really get that.

I loved the range of colours on offer and had a lovely conversation with Banin but when they used the cuticle nippers on my fingers and my toes it was very firm and caused me discomfort.
My nails turned out really nice and the colour is still lasting even after 2 weeks!

Friendly receptionist and stylist.
Discussed what kind of cut I wanted, although more was cut off the top than other hairdressers have done in the past when requesting the same style.
My finished cut leaned towards the "standard mens cut" kind of style, which is what I try to avoid by going to hairdressers instead of barbers. The smell of the shampoo lingered for days which wasn't pleasant.
Possibly more suited to short men's haircuts - mine is slightly longer.
