I wish there had been some consideration on how to create that in my specific type of hair. This was due to a lack of clear communication which the stylist seemed to be attentive towards. I felt a bit criticised for my hair type, like I was inconveniencing the stylist by having a certain type of hair as it was “too much to work with”. I had to point out that the hair brush didn’t look clean and I was dropped on the floor several times and my request to change it was ignored.

I have gotten waxing done in my life more times than I can count and this was literally the absolute WORST experience I have had ever. The person had absolutely no idea how to do it because it stung quite a lot after it was done and my face was irritated all day, but the worst was…I woke up to my face bruised the next morning!!!!!! So many bruises in the area I got waxed, it was awful! I attended a conference with bruised face it was so bad . The cheap price isn’t worth it don’t bother.

Hairdresser was 15 mins late and unwelcoming when he arrived. Fringe trim was adequate but I was left with huge clumps of hair on my face which I’ve never had through years of fringe trims at various salons. It made me feel really embarrassed and the hairdresser didn’t offer anything to help get the hair off, I had to ask. Terrible experience, do not go!!
