When I walked in I was ignored for a few minutes which was poor. Then when I sat down my therapist was heavy handed and didn’t shape my eyebrows as I asked her to. My eyebrows end in different places now… instead of a tidy up she made my brows jagged and odd.
Then as she started to thread my upper lip she said “ooo so much hair” which I did not appreciate.
I cried when I left the salon.
