I paid £20 on Treatwell for shellac nails. I was asked if I wanted gel nails but that would be £10 extra which I thought unreasonable but agreed. When I came to pay I was told £21 extra to pay. I said I was told £10 and so they agreed this was the price and I paid so £30 total. I feel that the correct price should have been £21 because that’s what the cashier rang up not knowing that I’d paid on Treatwell. I will not be using again
