I highly recommend this establishment. While I only went in for a wax job, it was clean, generally welcoming and, for what I had done, economical. Kloud is really great! She puts you at ease, takes her time and is considerate. I did have to wait a few minutes for my session to start but it was worth it and I also got a sense why- I didn't feel rushed There was room for me to ''relax'' a little in between, which, when you are having a 30 minute Hollywood wax, is a very very welcomed thing.

Klod is a lovely woman, I’ve been served by her before too and she’s always been down to earth and genuinely caring and warm. She makes me feel relaxed and at home, there’s no awkwardness. She takes good care when waxing you, would recommend. Look forward to seeing her again soon.

Had to wait an hour for my appointment and ended up with a different stylist and I like how my usual stylist cuts my hair. I ended up with shorter hair than expected and the long wait didn’t help. Usually this doesn’t happen but I was disappointed this time.
