Treatment was with my therapist as she was running v. late. Somebody else stepped in to take over. She prepped my nails then said the other lady would apply the shellac as she was better at it. Then, the other lady has to fix a nail for someone. The lady who said she couldn’t do it then said she would apply the shellac. Overall the manicure is adequate, but the application is a bit messy and I’ve had better elsewhere. Difficult to tell how messy until you have left the salon when it’s PM appt.

Usually I get waxed with Leyla who is wonderful, but today I had Klod. She was very helpful and we had a nice little chat. I explained how I wanted the wax and she got the job done perfectly! Attention to detail and had me double check the final result to make sure I was satisfied :)
