Went for a repair and the lady who made my nails was amazing, I feel like is impossible to break my nails right now. However I would have found more professional if the manicure had been for free as it was a mistake "on them"

While I had a great personal experience with Zeina and enjoyed the atmosphere at the salon, the gel nails started chipping 4 days after being done. Having been on holiday (not swimming or doing any washing up, which could affect the nails) the first 3 days after the manicure, this was strange but till date, no refund or expression of intent has been made in this regard, which is only reasonable in these circumstances, esp as I don’t live in Manchester. I am disappointed at the response to me.
