Sadly bit disappointed. Was told not enough time to do a small amount of nail art (swirl line on each nail) and then the appointment finished 15 mins earlier than I’d booked! Lady at the till gave me a bit of discount though. Colour choice not great!

Not happy. My face waxing felt much more painful than previous experiences. I was left with a lot of broken hairs and noticeable redness and irritation on my chin, which I’ll now have to wait a few days to settle. I understand that some redness can happen after facial waxing, but I was disappointed with how my skin looked and felt afterwards. Facial skin is delicate, and I would have expected a much gentler approach during the service.

This unfortunately wasn’t the best experience. I think a bit more training would be beneficial for the lady I had. There unfortunately was double dipping involved in the service which is unhygienic as well as that quite a bit of wax was still left on me at the end of the service.
