The polish started to flake off my nails the same day and was so bad the day after that I took it off. Would not recommend this salon

I was so disgusted with this venue from start to finish. Arriving early I was told to sit and wait on a sofa that had a very nasty stain on it. I was then told to go into a room and was left there with no instructions. The girl came back and I asked if I should be removing clothing for my massage and she laughed and said yes and to cover myself in the frayed robe. So I did. When I looked into the face hole in the bed it was caked in make up and dirt from other users so I pulled the tissue paper up to cover it before putting my face into it. The girl came back in and out some trance type music on - which did nothing to soothe me. She just dropped the cold oil on my back without warning it in her hands first and then The started prodding me. I'm pretty sure she has never taken a course in massage therapy. I've never had a worse massage. There was no flowing motions - just prodding and ruffling of my hair... As though she was washing it in oil. I booked a 55 minute appointment but after half an hour she stopped and told me to get changed. When I came out and challenged it I was told to wait as another customer was trying to pay and their card machine wasn't working. When I finally got to speak to the manager she said it was treatwell's mistake and it should have been half an hour and not 55 minutes. I was quite relieved that I wasn't violently prodded for another 25 minutes, however I did object to paying for the 30 minutes I had endured, let alone paying for 55 minutes. All in all I came out more stressed than when I went in for my "massage"

I am very pleased with the result, the staff were friendly and I will recommend Angel Parlour for HD Brows

They were very welcoming. The waxing went by quickly, it was effective.

My therapist was very nice and the pedicure was good, although i did notice i still had hard skin when i got home,
