Firstly, having booked strip wax as I prefer it (and it’s cheaper) I was called by the salon to say they couldn’t do it because of the hot weather??!! And that I needed to pay an extra £10 for hot wax. I tried to argue this- I was not impressed. She then actually used strip wax on the outside of the main area anyway. The quality of the wax was not good. She has not gone very far onto the leg or the buttocks - this is usual for a Hollywood wax. £41 for possibly the worst wax I’ve ever had.
