Got a call from one of their staff to come in for a patch test prior to booked appointment. Was told over the phone they would close at 5pm that day. I couldn’t go earlier as I was working but managed to arrive at the salon around 1635 to find it was shut!!! I didn’t even bother going for my booking anymore as they don’t seem to care about their customers
