Asked for the ultra calming facial as I have highly sensitive skin for a birthday treat - despite clarifying with the therapist she used the incorrect product range (manager had to tell her to use the correct range twice) and I had multiple reactions to the products resulting in my skin peeling for the next three days. Overall a terrible experience - the manager accepted zero responsibility and lied about which product range was originally used on my skin. Would not recommend at all!

Great service ,remember to add in time for covid adjustments also as the time advertised is the time of the treatment only,Ishould have realised this !
