I’m so disappointed with the service I had on Tuesday I’m glad it’s lockdown so I have an excuse not to go back! I had a simple shellac removal but my nails are a mess! One lady put the acetone on and then another came over after about 2 minutes to scrape off about 5 layers of my nails. When it didn’t come off (shock horror you need to soak for about 10-15 minutes) she proceeded to use a coarse nail file to remove what was left! My nails are a MESS! Really not happy!

It was good, nice girls at the salon, the treatment took over double what it was meant to (as labelled on Treatwell), but very happy with the outcome.

Asked for the ultra calming facial as I have highly sensitive skin for a birthday treat - despite clarifying with the therapist she used the incorrect product range (manager had to tell her to use the correct range twice) and I had multiple reactions to the products resulting in my skin peeling for the next three days. Overall a terrible experience - the manager accepted zero responsibility and lied about which product range was originally used on my skin. Would not recommend at all!
