I chose this salon because it is so........close to home! Lovely experience, the girls were very friendly, the salon was amazingly clean and continually being cleaned, very reassuring with Covid. The spa pedicure was excellent and my feet felt so nice, the choice of nail polish was amazing! Will back soon girls x Everyone loved the colour of my toes, btw!

When I arrived the doors were locked and no one was present in the shop. I tried ringing and no one answered. I came back ten minutes later and the door was open. The eyebrow waxing was not even and some comments were made about my eyebrows and how they were not in good shape. It was unnecessary.

The salon overbooked few customers and everyone was in a rush. I didn’t receive the service I paid for and still left the salon 1 hour later than expected.
The beautician left my nails a mixture of squared and round shapes it’s horrible and disgusting! The colour was not smooth and not the same thickness on all nails so some nails look darker than others. For sure I am never coming back again also they charged me for an unwanted nails file 5£ that I didnt even know about until i was leaving.
