Manpreet helpfully explained what would be taken off with each treatment and was happy for me to change to a wax that suited me better. She was efficient, friendly, and made the whole thing not awkward at all. There’s a load of bus stops right opposite the salon too. Super convenient!

The experience was unsatisfactory and I could have done a better job of extraction at home. Their wax was so bad that the cosmetician had to threa dmy eyebrows after two attempts to wax them. The manager kept trying to sell me a more expensive treatment and after asking what my problem zones were twice, they didn't spend more than a minute on them.
