She didn’t understand that I had builder gel on and thought it was acrylic. She tried to keep the builder gel base, which made it impossible for her to file my nails to the desired length. Result: shredded nails and a lot of time wasted. I left the salon without the gel polish as it took forever just to get the old gel removed and everything she did seemed to be damaging my nails more and more. Everyone in the salon seemed to be having a frustrating or bad experience.
