the treatment was slow and although I had already booked paid for underarm waxing at the lower price on the treatwell website they used the more expensive wax on me without telling me and insisted that I pay the difference. Essentially I was forced into paying more for a service I didn’t ask for so I wouldn’t recommend this salon

I went in for a take off which was good. But the mini manicure itself was not good. The colour didn’t look like the reference colour. She filed my nails down very rough and none of the other matched. The colour was put on lousy and they were ruined after 10mins of them being “dry” and then it’s been two days later and they have already chipped/are coming off. Would not recommend, and would definitely not pay £23 for them, really disappointed and will not be back.
