I left my threading with two cuts on my left brow. I know skin breakage sometimes occurs, but seems due to poor practice. My eye brows were not wiped before the threading began. And the same area of skin was threaded over numerous times rather than tweezers simply being used to remove extra hairs. A day later and my left eyebrow remains in considerable pain. During my appointment another customer came in and caused a distraction, so I want to give the threader the benefit of the doubt.

I tried phoning to book however when the phone was answered I could hear them but they obviously couldn't hear me. I wanted to get my legs waxed for the following day because I was seeing my grandson and the weather forecast said it would be ok to wear the skirt he had helped me choose. I also thought it would be busy. I had to wait ages-I kept being told I was next, 2 minutes, 5 minutes etc. Several women came in and got dealt with before me. They could have said to go away and return later.
