This salon feels more upscale than others I have been to in Oxford. They are really nice and professional and it feels really clean. Annoyingly they have recently started charging an extra £5 on your manicure for cuticle removal, which is normally included at other salons.
The quality of the manicure is hit and miss - I don’t think they really listen to the shape I request most of the times I have come here. My extensions have also broken the day after the last couple of times.
