I visited this Westgate branch for my first gel manicure as it seemed like a comfortable option, but I’m very disappointed. The staff seemed rushed, maybe due to being short-staffed, and didn’t do a thorough job. My nails chipped in less than a week, and I haven’t done anything to cause it. The nail polish was applied poorly with uneven coverage. Definitely not worth £36. This place may be fine for basic eyebrow services, but I won’t return here for nails.
