The eyebrow threading was ok, the thread snapped every few seconds. The lash lift was the biggest disaster. I have it done regularly and it just felt like she hadn’t got a clue how to do it. I know it step by step. My lashes were not cleaned beforehand. Someone had to come help at one point. At the end she actually wiped the product into my eyes causing it to burn and told me to wash it when I shouldn’t get it wet for 24-48hrs. Wouldn’t give me a refund to compensate as my lashes didn’t lift.

I had eyelash extensions done at Angel and I am very disappointed. The appointment was postponed until the next day upon my arrival for an allergy test, which they could have asked me to do beforehand.
Then, the removal was brutal with a chemical product that burned my eyes (poorly rinsed). The application is poorly done: lashes are not individual, badly glued, and clumped together at the corner of the eye. £81 for a scandalous result.
