Was phoned to come in half hour later 20 mins before app, so I did then was made to wait 40 further minutes. Then once summons by the staff as they are so rude, the treatment lasted all of 2 mins, and she missed a load of hair on my back that I paid to have off. She quickly rubbed on a bit of lotion and told me, it was done time to leave. Not friendly, no customer services skills and honestly the treatment for my first time was shocking. Never ever again. Terrible
