Not very organised, they asked my name, then proceeded to perform someone else's treatment on me and after 10 mins apparently it was too late to stop and do what I had actually booked so I ended up paying double for their mistake! I don't even have a very complicated name! If they didn't understand what I was saying they should have double checked
Thought I'd try a new place but not sure it was worth it.
