The venue has serious problems with scheduling appointments. My appointment was rescheduled by half an hour and when I arrived I had to wait for another half an hour. I've seen people coming in and complaining about waiting times. The haircut was ok.

I do waxing quite often and this was the most painful I felt after a long time. After I booked in, they weren’t available and I had to wait 1 hour to get the actual service. Experience was not that great.
