I booked a shellac pedicure and realised once I had finished that I had booked and paid for an additional mini pedicure when one was already covered in the first price. When I flagged to the therapist that I had overpaid she pretended not to hear what I said and then ignored me when I reiterated that I had overpaid. Outrageous behaviour. Avoid!!

I booked an appointment for curls. I got the feeling no one knew what to do. My hair was blamed for her not being able to do any curls. Cost me too much time. My hair has been burned and damaged. It was a last minute booking for a party and my hair was a mess. Covered in cheap hair spray. Not curled. Looked like rat’s tails. I had no time to fix it. Discovered the next day how damaged my hair was. This is not a hair salon and shouldn’t be offering hair services. Waste of £30.

I told her the length I wanted the hair cut and she cut it way shorter and when I got home I realised it was several cm shorter on one side than the other and not symmetrical or even at all. Very disappointed I had to go to another hairdresser to get it fixed and it was so bad they asked if I had tried to cut it myself.
