Clean and tidy. Sometimes when the staff do your facials if you have acne like I do they may be a bit taken by and think you have a disease and can be quite rude about doing a facial for you so keep that in mind in case you do. But I didn’t let it get to me as I love my flaws. But pedicures and manicures are great. I would recommended it.
