Initially was told that I couldn’t have an appointment the day I booked. They eventually found me a technician and the whole process felt very rushed. Fire alarm went off half way through my appointment and I was left on my own in the room. Eyelashes have begun to fall out in clumps within only a few days and I’m on a 2 week holiday! Definitely won’t be any left by the time my holiday finishes. Very disappointed for £50

The service was great. I had wax, pedicure and sns manicure for my holiday. They recommend the sns mani and I was assured it would last 2 weeks but the following day one chipped and by day two four nails had chipped off. Very disappointed. I am now only two days into my holiday with four chipped nails.

For £18 for a shellac I would have expected my cuticles to be cut? My shellac was finished in about 10 minutes with an offer of cream to apply myself at the end, while the girl next to me having just a polish was given a massage. So how does that work?
In regards to the pedicure. My technician left while I was drying. And the other lady checked it and was not pleased and tried to fix it which resulted in me staying for an hour and a half in total while she applied 2 coats ON TOP of my already polished nails. Resulting in my getting home and my toes are all smudged and thick pulling off. £10 and I’ve had to repaint my nails as soon as I got home!
