On arrival, they said the did not have anyone to carry out my treatment and so they told me to go to the other location in whitgift. I arrived at the other location I had to wait. My treatment was not carried out until 25 mins after my appointment time, I could not fully get the most of the treatment as I didn't get the full time as I had another appointment to get to at 6 and this kept me behind and delayed they had no respect for my time and didn't offer a refund as a goodwill gesture
