Very nice person looked after me. I had an 11am appointment. Unfortunately one nail came off by 11pm. Lost another the following day. I will not be going back!

I didn’t have the person who was suppose to do my lashes as booked it was a different woman who was at first doing someone’s pedicure and she did sanitize her hands but I gave her my lashes that I bought and how she applied to my lashes was horrible was thinking waste of money. She was putting the eyeliner on top of the lashes when it was suppose to go underneath to hide the band. Clearly didn’t know how to apply. And could still see my real lashes under neath terrible experience.Had take it off

Jigi did my treatment and she was amazing! She took a lot of care for the waxing and she wiped down all the surfaces which made me feel a lot better especially during covid. I will definitely be booking with her again for all my treatments in the future

Really upset and disappointed with the treatment. It doesn’t even matter that I had to say something before I got even recognised to have entered the shop, even it was completely empty.
But telling me after the nails were done that it’s done badly on purpose, because I booked only shellac and not spa shellac, where it’d be done properly? What am I going to do now for 3-4 weeks!? Definitely not coming back. Thank you
