Seemed rushed at the beginning but that was due to my lateness. Didn't ask about the style I wanted at the beginning so hot wax was added and then had to be removed. Left a few stray hairs at the end which got tidied up. Overall GOOD result at the end.

not happy. my shellac chipped the day after on most nails, the polish in bumpy in parts and on same nails the polish starts from the nail joint (honestly who does that! - I wished I realized when I was in the shop but I wasn't wearing my glasses!). I do not recommend this shop.
