When I arrived the salon weren’t even aware of my booking and just left me waiting until I prompted them. I felt the staff were unprofessional speaking in their language and laughing during my communication with them a lot. My henna was rushed and doesn’t reflect the design I wanted (I had to pay extra for it also) it’s day two and it’s already coming off. Disappointed to say the least! Won’t be coming back

Apt was for 1pm, I got there exactly on time. Was not seen till 1:20 as she was finishing someone’s lashes. Got told to wait in the room, after 15 mins I went to check and the lady was piercing someone’s ears who had just walked in. I find it very rude that my time was not honoured/respected as if it was the other way around I’m sure they would not have seen me. The lashes came out nice in the end but it was also a small hassle to get what I asked for, as she kept suggesting I do what she wanted
