My appointment was double booked so was rushed, 10 mins start to finish and has already started coming off after two days. I was only spoken too when to ask how much I had paid. Would not go back.

Had to wait 15 minutes for someone who could do the treatment to come over from the other shop. Someone tried to start my manicure, she cut my nails really very short, and couldn't give me oval/round nails, only square, even after me taking the file and showing her how to file them. The other woman arrived, but they didn't have the SNS colour I chose from their selection, so had to get a colour I didn't want. Basically too short nails, not the colour I wanted and very scruffy. But nice people.
