My Hollywood wax was probably the most uncomfortable one I have ever had. The room was cold and didn’t appear to be very clean. The wax itself was done with strip wax but at the end when there was hair remaining hot wax was used. The areas that had strip wax have damaged my skin from repeated going over. Will never return

Booked in for the mini pedicure 25 minutes and it took about 1 hour. She was very good but very slow. It took as long as when I have had a full pedicure with foot soaking and scrubbing. I would recommend the salon in general apart from walking in and seeing one of the staff eating McDonalds at her work station! Not very professional and very smelly!

No longer coming here for my pedicures. Regardless of what day/time you book, it always feels like you’ve caught them by surprise - they’re never ready. The quality of the pedicure was terrible - I don’t expect to have to point out where the colour has ‘bled’ into cuticles and needs tidying up, and to remove varnish on surrounding skin. Despite the appointment duration advertised as 50 minutes, I was in there for over 2 hours on Saturday! They prioritise walk-ins over booked customers. Awful.
