TERRIBLE. Paid for my app. & when I got to the salon around 5.15 it was closed. So I went to the salon other side of town in Whitgift & told the staff about the inconvenience & they didn’t say a word, they just sniggered at me & didn’t apologise. Salon was FILTHY, & fingernails were all over the floor around my feet. Nail technician cut my finger when filing my nails cos she was rushing, & then the owner calls me at EIGHT O’CLOCK IN THE EVENING to tell me the salon was closed - ya think?
Nail or Gel Polish Removal
I booked medium length haircut and eyebrows treading.
Two hours before appointment I got call to ask if I can come 2hrs later as they are overbooked. No, I coudnt.
I feel like hairstylist was rushing as there was another customer waiting and she was behind her schedule as overbooked
Haircut is avarage. Had worse and better

The manager came over as I was having my treatment and gawped at my feet which is totally unprofessional and embarrassing. Unacceptable and the lady wasn’t very pleasant. Will never return.
Callus Peel
I had a different technician to the one I had booked with, and they did not seem to really know what they were doing.
I booked a sns manicure, the manicure was very thick and lumpy. I picked a glitter colour, and the finish was cloudy and matte and did not show the glitter.
