I had high hopes for this place but unfortunately they didn’t excel. I went home to find the Hollywood was still had areas which still had hair, so I had to clean up myself. For £40 on a wax, that’s ridiculous. I’ve never had a wax and had to do this. There was confusion with the fact that I paid for my service online, and all that needed to be done was the difference paid. I’ve now been told I have to wait 7 days for a refund after they charged my card full price.
