Staff rude and don't know what they are doing. They stop doing your treatment, don't say anything and then go and work on another customer who just walked in. Not a relaxing, pleasant experience at all. Very disappointing.

Great service, the staff were friendly and very clean. The price at the parlour was more than what was stated on treatwell but only by £3. But it just made it a lot easier to book a appointment.
