I booked an appointment which started 40 minutes late, then during my treatment the technician got up to treat other customers leaving me sat there for other 20 minutes before I spoke to the technician and left as the whole thing overran by and hour and was still nowhere near finished

A good salon with great prices. It’s clearly a fairly budget place, but the service is good for what you pay.
