Nice staff and clean place, but I was left with less hair than desired even when I made very clear what I wanted. Also bottom is not included in Brazilian waxing which is unusual.

Awful awful awful. Left in the room with no instructions on how much to get undressed. No towels to cover myself with. No questions from therapist whether or not the pressure was okay - she squeezed my arms so hard I was in more pain after than before! No consultation at all about where I’d like her to focus or any problem areas. No towel to cover myself. Someone knocking on the door and I thought they were going to come in. Just any lack of care and customer service. Left weird black dots all over my skin and that wasn’t the oil. Never ever again.
