The place was very clean and the staff welcoming. I had an acrylic removal with manicure, I wanted to keep as much of my newly grown nail as possible as other shops just cut the false tip down. The lady gradually removed by soaking my nails..very pleased. She explained all the difference types of nail options and can't wait to go back and try the sns option.

They said the hadn’t got the booking. So had to wait half an hour for them to fit us in but as there was two of us we had to go one at a time. They were nice but felt very rushed, and got told not to have gels and instead pay an extra £10 for SNS

I had the most horrendous experience. I hardly ever treat myself (2 kids under 3 - you know how it is...) and wanted to get my nails done for Christmas. I booked and paid for an acrylic set. The acrylic kept breaking up (sort of crumbling) when the lady was filing it down. They offered to redo the set but I had to be home for bedtime so we settled on a shellac manicure. My nails had to be cut very short for the acrylic tips so I walked out with shorter, weaker, worse nails than I went in with AND they made me pay the £8 difference between the treatments!!!
Since having the shellac on, the shellac has peeled off at the corners and one of my nails has broken SO low down that my finger is really really painful.
I wouldn’t blame the lady doing my nails but would say that this is a salon that mistreats their staff (both ladies working there said they were told to work through their breaks for no extra pay and often didn’t even have time to use the toilet!!!) and have extremely poor customer service. I’m sorry to say that I cannot recommend to anyone.
